"Racing with the Sun" a été conçu comme la bande originale d'un film où s'entrecroisent de mystérieux personnages au gré des morceaux. Pour cela, le trio a écumé les bacs de cire noire afin d'en extraire les meilleurs samples, d'explorer d'autres horizons musicaux et de nouvelles ambiances : Reggae chinois ("Miss Chang"), Gospel dopé au Uk Dub ("Racing with the Sun"), Hip Hop old school mêlé de Musiques Traditionnelles ("Stand!")... le trio confronte ses univers habituels à des territoires inconnus.
